Connect Staffing is hiring General Labor – Packing & Labeling for a distribution center in Ontario, CA. The role requires basic warehouse experience and the ability to stand long hours while packing and labeling shipments.

Qualifications

• 6 months of recent warehouse or general labor experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

• Prior experience in roles such as Warehouse Associate, Shipping Clerk, Packaging Associate, Production Worker, Material Handler, or Order Picker is a big plus!

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack products for shipment based on order details.
• Label packages with correct shipping and return information.
• Inspect and sort returned items for restocking or processing.
• Manually lift boxes and materials up to 25 lbs. as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations in the return and shipping areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Mandatory OT may be required up to 2 hours per day.
