Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is hiring for general labor roles across our facilities in Illinois. No prior manufacturing experience is required; a strong work ethic and teamwork are essential. You will work within GMP standards that may vary by location, and may handle mixing, weighing, packaging, or line feeding tasks.

The role emphasizes reliability and adherence to safety policies in a fast-paced setting. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with shift differentials for second shift opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of GMPs or willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and write in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Responsible for correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintains work area in a clean and organized manner.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
