Job summary

LG Staffing Solutions on Demand, Inc. is seeking a General Labor Associate for 1st shift (Mon-Fri) in California. The role supports our Facilities team with hands-on tasks across assembly, cleanup, material movement, and light maintenance.

You will work indoors and outdoors, lift 10–25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is preferred and English is required.

Qualifications

• MUST speak English.
• EXPERIENCE with operating Forklift (preferred).
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment such as drills, jigsaws, circular saws, and similar tools.
• MUST be Authorized to work in US.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly and disassembly of canopies and other equipment.
• Clean and organize work areas.
• Move materials and equipment as needed.
• Assist with basic construction, repair and maintenance projects.
• Work at heights using ladders.

Job Description:

The associates will be supporting our Facilities team with a variety of general labor and maintenance-related tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with the assembly and disassembly of canopies and other equipment
• Cleaning and organizing work areas
• Moving materials and equipment as needed
• Assisting with basic construction, repair, and maintenance projects
• Working at heights using ladders
• Lifting and carrying 10-25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Working overtime as needed
• Performing duties both indoors and outdoors

Requirements:

• MUST speak English
• EXPERIENCE with operating Forklift (preferred)
