We are currently accepting applications for General Labor in our State-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Watertown, WI, conveniently located between Madison and Milwaukee. Pay starting at $23.50/hr (plus $3 shift differential for nights). These are full-time positions working: DAYS: 4:55am-5:25pm, Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday). $2,000 sign-on bonus NIGHTS: 4:55pm-5:25am. Nights Option 1: Wednesday-Friday, every other Saturday. $2000 sign-on bonus Nights Option 2: Sunday-Tuesday, every other Saturday. $2000 sign-on bonus + extra $1000* Because you're only working 3-4 days per week, you have more full days off for hobbies and time with friends and family. Also, there are 8-hours of built-in overtime during your 4-day workweek. Last, if you volunteer for an extra work day and its available, it is paid at double-time.
The primary purpose of General labor is to melt and grind liquor and butter blocks, and clean equipment and building. Assist with the production of chocolate and coating in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) procedure, and Safety Procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Experience lifting 55 lbs. on a repetitive basis is preferred Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
