Job summary

Solenis in Watertown, WI is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support packaging, labeling and shipping operations. You will manually label boxes and fill containers, lift heavy items up to 50 lbs and palletize products at the end of lines while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

We value strong organizational and communication skills, basic math, and the ability to follow PPE policies. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus; high school diploma or equivalent required.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Problem Solving: High degree of analysis, problem solving and creativity.
• Technical Skills: Must be able to solve mathematical problems at the high school level.
• Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in manufacturing role is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. several times each day.
• Ability to stand for periods of up to 4 hours at a time.
• Ability to perform repetitive bending and stretching on a daily basis.
• Follow PPE policies and rules.

Responsibilities

• Manually label boxes, containers, pails and drums.
• Manually fill containers using hose and manual valve from holding tank or tote.
• Physically lift 1.5 gallon bottles (multitude of size boxes) or smaller into boxes, add inserts or accessories for final assembly and shipping.
• Hand place caps or pumps on any given line.
• Weld caps, using the ultrasonic welder.
• Palletize items at the end of any line.
• Clean work area daily.

Salary and Compensation

The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,390.00 and $59,235.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
