The General Laborer is the front‑end employee who performs the material handling, job sorting, deburring, and polishing of each part that is cut out on our fiber laser. This position is responsible for bringing each part up to the specific finish that is listed on the associated prints.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, metal finishing, or general labor preferred.
• Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools and industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to sand, bend, lift and move materials through the shift.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced production setting.
