Job summary

Minutemen Staffing is now hiring Entry Level General Laborers for a local steel fabrication company in Ohio. The position runs Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with occasional overtime. Pay is $18 per hour and is paid weekly. This Temp to Hire role offers an entry point into manufacturing.

Job duties include painting and assembling steel structures and using hand and power tools. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with emphasis on teamwork and good attendance.
