Responsibilities

• Assisting skilled trades: supporting carpenters, plumbers, electricians with setup and cleanup.
• Tool use: operating hand tools safely (drills, saws, grinders, etc.).
• Safety compliance: following OSHA standards and wearing required PPE.

Material handling: Digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials; loading/unloading trucks, trailers, and equipment.

• Site preparation & cleanup: Removing debris, hazards, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

• Assisting skilled trades: Supporting carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and others with setup, cleanup, and material handling.

• Tool use: Operating hand tools (drills, saws, grinders, jackhammers) safely.

• Safety compliance: Following OSHA standards, reporting unsafe conditions, and wearing required PPE (gloves, eyewear, hard hats, steel-toe boots).

• Traffic control: Placing markers, cones, barricades, and flagging vehicles at construction sites.
