Job summary

FastTrack Staffing in Muskegon, MI is seeking candidates for a manufacturing role. Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, assisting coworkers, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in a production setting.

You may operate CNC and other machinery, assemble parts, and inspect products for defects, with emphasis on meeting specifications. The position requires manufacturing experience and the ability to stand for 8+ hours daily; benefits will be discussed upon hire.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

Supporting production and operations by handling materials, assisting other workers, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This includes tasks like loading and unloading materials, moving items around the plant, and operating different types of machinery.

Job Duties

• Assembling parts or products by hand or with tools.
• Packing products into boxes or containers.
• Operating a Laser Engravers, Saws, other CNC machines as needed.
• Deburring products to smooth the edges and surfaces to meet specifications
• Inspecting products for defects
• Pressure testing product
• Study blueprints, layouts or charts, and job orders for information on specifications and tooling instructions, and to determine material requirements and operational sequences.

Skills and Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required, assembly experience is a bonus
• The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
