Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing and production of concrete products.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove defective products and report quality concerns to supervisors.
• Stack, sort, label, and prepare products for storage or shipment.
• Safely operate hand tools and production equipment as trained.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements.
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned.

Position Details

• Day Shift Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Hours:
  • 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Status: Temp-to-Hire

Position Summary

The Production Associate plays a key role in the manufacturing process by assisting with the production, inspection, packaging, and movement of concrete products. Team members will work in a fast-paced industrial environment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
