SelecSource is hiring for General Labor / Warehouse Associates in Lyons, Georgia. We invite dependable, motivated individuals to join a busy warehouse team with roles across picking, packing, stocking, shipping, and receiving.

Positions include Lift Operations and VAS tasks, with 2nd shift availability from 4PM to 2:30AM, Monday through Thursday and some Fridays. OT may apply; pay starts at $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble merchandise orders according to pick tickets.
• Pack and seal cartons to meet customer specifications.
• Move stock between reserve and active warehouse and label items.
• Operate lift devices and assist with loading/unloading and stacking.
• Assist with shipping lines (FedEx/UPS) and truck coordination.
• Unload incoming packages, scan labels, and verify against manifests.

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. Multiple positions are available, with opportunities to work in Picking, Packing, Stocking, Shipping, Receiving, VAS, and Lift Operations.Pick-Assembles merchandise orders according to conditions on pick tickets-Ensures all orders are picked, unless a requested item is out of stock-Know the location of all merchandise within the distribution center-Move buggy to packing linePack-Pack merchandise according to customer requirements-Seal cartons using tape or other materials-Examine and inspect cartons and materials to ensure packing specifications are met-Mark and label cartons using marking toolsStock-Move stock from reserve warehouse to active warehouse-Open cartons using cutting tool-Ensure merchandise is placed in the proper location-Breakdown boxes using cutting toolLift Operator-Manually load or unload materials onto or off lifting devices.-Move levers and controls that operate lifting devices, such as fork and elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, and stack material.-Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as cleaning and fueling.-Position lifting devices under, over or around loaded pallets, skids, and boxes and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.-Signal workers to discharge, dump or level materials.-Weigh materials or products, and record weight and other production data on tags or labels.Shipping-Ensure all packages are sent to the correct shipping line.-Ensure billing matches the stock that is shipped-Assist with lining up trucks in shipping bay-Operates the FedEx and UPS shipping lines-Assist with loading trucks Receiving Clerk- Unload incoming packages from truck and put them in reserve or active section of warehouse - Scan label for receiving manifest- Verify received packages against document manifestReceiving Coordinator- Line up trucks in receiving bay- Set up the computer system for the truck to be scanned upon arrival, this lets them know what stock is supposed to be on the truck- Performs re-checks to ensure all stock is accounted for- Researches all variances in stock- Speaks with Customer Service via phone and email- prioritize shipments with customer service- Handles all emails concerning receiving floorOther-Read and understand pick tickets-Maintain at least minimum productivity and quality standards while also following safety procedures-Notify supervisor of shortages of materials and/or product-Perform other warehouse duties as assignedVas Light-Receive and process returned merchandise.-Inspect clothing and merchandise for damage, defects, or other issues.-Sort and organize returned products according to company procedures.-Prepare merchandise for restocking, repacking, or redistribution.-Move boxes, cartons, and merchandise throughout the warehouse.-Lift, carry, and stack heavy boxes and merchandise.-Load and unload products as needed.-Maintain a clean and organized work area.-Follow production and quality standards.-Meet daily productivity goals.-Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Lead.Vas Heavy-Operating scanners-Stacking pallets-Palletizing totes and cases onto pallets and cones for organization-Counting product accurately-Organizing and maintaining the workload in the Returns area-Performing general physical work associated with the positionWHY JOIN OUR TEAM?We're looking for people who are ready to work, learn, and be part of a team!
