Job summary

Quality Labor Management (QLM) is seeking General Laborers to support operations at job sites and warehouses in the Los Angeles area. You will assist with loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, basic tool use, and supporting skilled workers as needed.

The role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and safety compliance. On-the-job training is provided, with a focus on following instructions and adapting to varied weather and site conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor (lifting, standing for long periods).
• Ability to load and unload materials and assist team members.
• Basic hand and power tool use required.
• Equipment operation such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Site cleanup and debris removal.
• Basic maintenance and assembly tasks may be needed.
• Measuring, cutting, and handling materials as required.

General Laborers assist with a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations at job sites, warehouses, or facilities. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, site cleanup, basic tool use, and assisting skilled workers as needed. The role requires reliability, physical stamina, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong commitment to safety. Prior experience is helpful but not required; on-the-job training is often provided. Must be able to work in variable climate. $18.00 hourly
