Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a production associate to join our Grand Rapids manufacturing team. You will contribute to meeting production standards, maintain clean work areas, and adhere to safety and quality guidelines on the line.

The role requires ability to follow verbal and written instructions, troubleshoot issues, and work well with teammates in a fast-paced environment. We value reliability and proactive reporting to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards on specific assignments within required time.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in assigned space.
• Perform assignments according to safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Ensure safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality.
• Report all production waste/issues to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production
• Responsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
• Reports all production waste/issues to Production Lead or Supervisor
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager
• Follows all company policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
• Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs
