Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a warehouse associate who works primarily on the floor with occasional office duties for reporting. You will complete daily audits, document errors, and assist in clearing system or quality issues at the outbound station.

You will collaborate with Supervisors and the Shift Manager to address any gaps in standards. The role requires basic computer skills and strong communication in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with adherence to safety and reliability

Job Posting:

Minimum Requirements

• Basic computer skills. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and the warehouse management system.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with others in a close working environment.
• Work as a team with internal and external employees of the company; ability to work effectively with other staff members to accomplish tasks and departmental projects.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; to manage competing demands; to manage priorities amidst frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of urgency to meet established deadlines

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Work overtime on the weekends if necessary. Occasionally work alternate shifts
• Must be capable of sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods of time
• Overhead reaching and lifting required. Bending, standing stooping, pushing, and pulling required
• Must be able to carry up to 20 pounds occasionally
• Required to work in a physical environment that is subject to temperature changes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment that require detailed hand movements and coordination, possible exposure to dust and other conditions associated with a warehouse operation
