Job summary

Closets by Design in Colorado Springs is hiring a General Laborer to support our cabinet manufacturing team. You will operate woodworking machinery and hand tools, understand cut lists, and follow production standards and safety guidelines to ensure quality.

The role is Monday through Friday with no weekends, and offers an hourly salary based on experience, plus benefits such as paid time off, 401(k), training and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems).
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Some prior Woodworking experience is preferred but not required.
