Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking General Laborers for a Monday–Friday schedule with long-term opportunities. You may mix products, weigh materials, package products, or supply lines with materials. Day-to-day duties emphasize quality checks, material handling, and teamwork.

Strong work ethic and reliability are valued; prior manufacturing experience isn’t required. Shifts vary: 1st 6:00AM–2:30PM ($15.50/hr), 2nd 2:00PM–10:30PM ($16.00/hr), 3rd 10:00PM–6:30AM ($16.50/hr).$200 referral

Qualifications

• GMP knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Reading/writing in English preferred; HS diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product for quality and foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Place product correctly on line, in containers, boxes or pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate & SHIFT: 1st Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM | $15.50/hr 2nd Shift: 2:00PM-10:30PM | $16.00/hr 3rd Shift: 10:00PM-6:30AM | $16.50/hr

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Responsible for correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintainworkarea in a clean and organized manner.
• Performall other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Must be knowledgeable in GMPs or the willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Must have the ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to read and write in English preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required

Work Environment &Physical Requirements:

• This is a day-to-day position and your days worked will vary depending on the needs of the client and your availability.
• This is a manufacturing environment and there will be exposure to a variety of machines, noise levels, and varying temperatures.
• This is a team environment; all employees must be able to work together and communicate in a respectful and professional manner.
• Ability to stand and work with your hands throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift at least 25lbs.
