FASTSIGNS/Pittsburgh is seeking a mechanically-minded Field Lead (Construction Lead, Carpenter, or Remodeler) who takes pride in owning a project from start to finish.

The Lead works Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with occasional early starts or after-hours to ensure high-profile installs are completed perfectly; requires 5+ years of lead experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Lead experience in Construction, Remodeling, or Skilled Trades.
• A clean driving record (Required for bucket truck insurance).
• Comfortable at heights and on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Own a project from start to finish as a Field Lead.
• Lead on-site coordination and communication with owners and site managers.
• Ensure installs are completed safely, on-time, and to high quality.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
