Redcrest Hospice in Indianapolis is seeking a Hospice, General InPatient Nurse-Case Manager to provide end-of-life care within the Health System Inpatient Hospice setting. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, determine level of care, and deliver compassionate, holistic care to patients and families.
The role requires RN licensure in Indiana, minimum 3 years inpatient experience (hospice preferred), and the ability to manage physical tasks.

Schedule: 3x12s (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) or 4x10s (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle. Weekend option available.
Location: IU hospitals in the Metro Indianapolis area

You'll be responsible for providing end-of-life care and Hospice services to patients in the Health System Inpatient Hospice setting in a manner consistent with standards of practice. You will assist in determining the need to change the level of care based upon assessment and collaboration with the Attending Physician or Medical Director.
