Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a 2nd/3rd shift Manufacturing Worker in Northampton, MA to support operations, improve productivity, and reduce downtime. You will perform daily plant tasks and follow strict safety procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• This job is for 2nd shift, 3pm - 11pm and 3rd shift, 11pm - 7am
• High School diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and understand basic English instructions.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in packaging environments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary for position: $28.25 per hour.
• Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
