Contractors perform a wide range of maintenance, repairs, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks on residential and commercial properties. Part-time or full-time schedules with weekly payments and reimbursement of approved expenses are offered.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in handyman, property maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related trades

Location: Springfield, OH 45502 — Serving a 50-Mile Radius
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Independent Contractor
Compensation: Earn $2,000–$3,000+ per week based on experience, completed work orders, availability, and performance

Position Overview

Contractors will perform a wide range of property maintenance, handyman repairs, HVAC services, troubleshooting, and residential/commercial improvement projects.

The ideal contractor should be comfortable working independently, diagnosing problems, communicating with customers, documenting completed work, and completing repairs according to professional standards.

General Handyman & Property Maintenance Services

Contractors may receive work orders involving:

• Drywall repair, patching, and wall restoration

• Interior and exterior property repairs

• Door installation, adjustment, and repair

• Lock, handle, and hardware replacement

• Cabinet repair and installation

• Shelving and mounting services

• Carpentry repairs

• Trim and molding repair

• Painting and touch-up work

• Flooring repair and minor installation

• Caulking and sealing

• Preventive maintenance services

• Property inspections

• Punch-list completion

• Property make-ready services

• General residential maintenance

• Minor construction and repair projects

Plumbing Maintenance Services

• Faucet repair and replacement

• Toilet repair and installation

• Garbage disposal replacement
