Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in property preservation or a similar role
• Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, window and door installation, lock changes, grass cutting, flooring, and other property‑related work
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance‑related issues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform the job according to the job scope
• Follow the vendor manager's instructions strictly and keep them updated about your work while you are at the site
