Job summary

Texas Health Physicians Group seeks gastroenterologists to practice in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, including Bedford, Texas. Positions involve serving GI patients in inpatient and outpatient settings with a new clinic location for Texas Health Digestive Specialists.

Seeking Gastroenterologists to practice in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas

Requirements

• MD or DO candidates.
• Internal medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program.
• Gastroenterology fellowship completion required from an accredited program.
• Board certified or board eligible candidates required.
• Active Texas license required.
• Seeking experienced candidates who are ready to practice immediately (target start date is November 2026, allowing 120 days for credentialing)

Position Details

• Full-time, employed position with a new clinic location for Texas Health Digestive Specialists in Bedford, part of Texas Health Physicians Group.
• Practice on the campus of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital H-E-B in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth "Metroplex".
• Competitive compensation and benefits will be offered.
• General GI physicians are needed to join a newly formed GI practice in Bedford, Texas. Physicians will practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings to serve all GI needs in the community.
• Clinic schedule is Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM plus hospital call on rotation with another GI physician (estimated to be about 2 or more weeks per month)
• Texas is a tort reform state and has no state income tax
