RosmanSearch, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a physician-led system in Indianapolis, IN. The opportunity offers an initial 2-year guaranteed salary, with a possible transition to a wRVU-based model if productivity exceeds the guarantee.

You will join a team with immediate patient demand and opportunities to grow the practice from day one. The position includes a 1:4 call schedule, dedicated inpatient APP support, and a brand-new clinic adjacent to the

Qualifications

• Board-certified/Board-eligible Gastroenterologist.
• MD/DO credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Join an established Gastroenterology team in Indianapolis.
• Provide bread-and-butter gastroenterology services; ERCP experience welcomed but not required.
• Share 1:4 call with the team; maintain a strong presence in outpatient and inpatient duties.
• Contribute to program growth as the practice expands to a larger 4-physician group.
• Participate in a clinic adjacent to the hospital with a future ambulatory surgery center investment.
