The General Foundry Production role is an entry‑level manufacturing position for individuals beginning their career with Waupaca Foundry. Employees will be assigned to a production or service department where they will receive hands‑on training to develop the skills and work pace needed to advance into department‑specific job classifications.
This role involves heavy industrial work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and includes repetitive tasks, machine operation, and manual material handling.
Employees must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and mandatory overtime as needed to support production goals.
