MetalTek International's Wisconsin Centrifugal Division in Waukesha invites you to join a leading foundry team in a full-time role. You will perform charge preparation, operate centrifugal casting machines, and support process improvements while maintaining safety and accurate records.

Competenze

Melt/casting experience preferred.
Must be able to follow written and verbal procedures.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Mansioni

Perform charge preparation and melt operations.
Set up and operate centrifugal casting machines to make castings with close tolerances; manage dies, cores, molds and temperatures.
Ensure adherence to melt and casting processes; document results and suggest improvements.
Participate in Pour Groups and other teams to improve casting production.
Maintain clean, safe, and orderly facilities.
Direct, assist, and train other operators and helpers as needed.
Prepare and send metal samples to lab for analysis; adjust heats to meet chemistries; keep melt records.
Prepare and inspect shells per procedures.
Assist in die setups and transfer of metal (e.g., overhead crane operation).
Clean and maintain furnaces and related equipment; repair and rebuild linings as needed.
Follow safety and quality guidelines in all duties.
Contribute to process improvements and teamwork.
