Job summary

R.E. Etsch, Inc is seeking a full-time farm worker in central New Jersey to join a hay/straw/grain operation. Typical duties include loading and unloading hay bales, tending animals, and routine farm maintenance.

A valid New Jersey driver’s license is required. Scheduling is Monday through Friday with paid sick and personal time after a probationary period. Compensation begins at minimum wage with opportunities for additional time-based benefits after completion of probation.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading hay bales and other farm materials.
• Tending farm animals and performing routine barn duties.
• Farm maintenance including sweeping, lifting and cleaning.
