Job summary

American Hazmat Rentals LLC in Tye, TX is seeking a skilled General Fabricator to join our hands-on team. This role focuses on fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using welding, cutting, and forming techniques, with on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related trade field.
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings preferred.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery and hand/power tools safely preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures using welding, cutting, and forming techniques.

• Operate fabrication equipment including welders, grinders, plasma cutters, and hand tools.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures using welding, cutting, and forming techniques
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production
• Operate fabrication equipment including welders, grinders, plasma cutters, and hand tools
• Inspect finished products for quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on fabrication equipment, tools, and the shopCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and project goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety regulations
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
