Job summary

00403 Thru Tubing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a field supervisor to document and supervise jobs, oversee down‑hole interventions, and mentor new field personnel. You will provide on‑site supervision and work closely with customers to resolve down‑hole issues.

Responsibilities include training field staff, leading projects involving fishing, milling and specialty tools, completing pre- and post‑job paperwork, troubleshooting down‑hole problems, and meeting deadlines while promoting efficiency.

• Attend operations/safety meetings when available.
• Meet all required deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
