Job summary

Lake Washington School District is seeking individuals to sell and/or take tickets, and to score and time at high school athletic events during the 2026-2027 school year.

Positions are casual or on-call with no regular schedule, and selected candidates will be considered substitute employees. Pay rate is $17.13 per hour (2026-2027). Shifts are 3–5 hours in the evenings on Tue, Thu and Fri, with schedules communicated by the district.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Job description

Lake Washington School District i is looking for individuals who are interested in selling and/or taking tickets, scoring and timing at high school athletic events throughout the 2026-2027 school year. This position is responsible for taking money, making change, and issuing/taking tickets or acting as a scorer/timer and working accurately with the clock.

This position is considered a casual or on-call/as needed position with no regular schedule. Candidates hired for this position will be considered substitute employees. Each school will review applications and reach out to selected candidates regarding next steps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay rate: $17.13 per hour (2026-2027)

Paychecks are issued once a month on the last business day of the month.

Shift: shifts vary depending on sporting event, but shifts are generally 3 - 5 hours in length, predominantly in the evenings on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. School will communicate directly with selected ticket taker/sellers regarding schedule.
