Boar's Head Brand is seeking a General Employee to assist in various departments, performing duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Lead Person, and/or Manager. The job involves walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, and exposure to cold, wet conditions, with occasional exposure to moving parts and chemicals.

Applicants must be 18+, no prior experience required, and able to read and write. Basic math and following written or oral instructions are essential for safe and efficient production.

• Must follow company’s GMP’s, SOP’s, Plant Rules and Policies.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.
• Responsible for keeping work area clean.
