Optima Dermatology in Nashua, NH is seeking an experienced NP or PA to join our growing dermatology practice. This full-time role is supervised by a board-certified dermatologist and supported by a strong team.

You will care for a wide range of dermatology patients, including pediatric cases, with access to the latest equipment and comprehensive practice support, enabling you to focus on providing excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dermatology PA/NP experience.
• Active New Hampshire NP or PA license.
• Strong listening and communication skills with excellent bedside manner.
• Organized and efficient in a busy clinical environment.
• Team-oriented approach and passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with patients and treat them as you would your own family.
• Deliver dermatology care across general, medical, cosmetic, and pediatric needs.
• Determine treatment plans through patient concerns, exams, and biopsies.
• Educate patients about conditions, treatments, medications, and skin cancer prevention.
• Develop knowledge of skin conditions and treatments through shadowing and trainings.
• Consult with physicians on treatments and protocols and refer to Mohs surgeons as needed.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and document in medical records.
• Contribute to a clean and organized work environment and float to other locations when needed.

Optima Dermatology is hiring an experienced NP or PA to join our growing Nashua, NH practice. We’verecently opened a new location to expand access in the area, and with rising patient demand, we are preparing to add another provider to join our talented team.You’llbe supported by exceptional practice managers, clinical support staff, and back-office teams. This position is supervised by a full-time, board-certified dermatologist.

Responsibilities:

• Build and retain relationships with patients by treating every patient the way you’d want your friends and family to be treated
• Provide outstanding dermatology care to patients with a wide variety of skin care needs (including general, medical, cosmetic, and pediatric)
• Determine appropriate course of treatment through listening to patient concerns and conducting physical examinations and biopsies
• Educate patients about their skin conditions, treatments, medications, and best practices for skin cancer prevention
• Develop expert knowledge of skin ailments, treatments, and products through shadowing providers, attending trainings, and seeking learning opportunities
• Frequently consult with physicians on appropriate treatments and protocols
• Refer patients to Mohs surgeon or other providers as needed
• Prescribe medications as necessary
• Record medical information and data in practice’s medical records system
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Fill in for other providers or float to other locations when needed

Qualifications:
