Job summary

Dermatology & Mohs Center in Orange Park and Yulee, Florida seeks a General Dermatologist to join a physician-owned practice with a balanced medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology mix.

You will work directly with the owner across two offices, four days per week, with a competitive base salary of $400,000 plus a 40% bonus on collections above $1M, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits and CME support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Completed an accredited dermatology residency.
• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Dermatology or AOBD.
• Active Florida medical license, or eligibility to obtain one before the start date.
• DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology services.
• Collaborate directly with the owner to guide clinical direction and practice growth.

Dermatology & Mohs Center is a physician-owned practice serving the Jacksonville area for over 30 years with a balance of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. We are adding a second dermatologist so we can shorten wait times, expand services, and keep the personal, patient-first care our community counts on.

The opportunity

Join an independent, physician-owned practice where you'll have real influence on clinical direction and the practice's growth. You'll work directly with the owner, not a corporate chain or private equity group.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited school
• Completed an accredited dermatology residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Dermatology or AOBD
• Active Florida medical license, or eligibility to obtain one before the start date
• DEA registration

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary $400,000 with a bonus of 40% of collections above $1M, with a transition to 43% of collections
• Relocation bonus of $10,000
