• Experience or interest in full-spectrum medical dermatology with office-based procedures (biopsies, excisions, injections, benign lesion treatments)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently with scribe support and team-based workflow
• Ability to manage a steady flow of new patients from a regional demand
• Comfort with multi-room flow and integration with dermpath/Mohs pathology

• Ability to manage a steady flow of new patients from a regional demand
• Comfort with multi-room flow and integration with dermpath/Mohs pathology

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Prior clinical experience in dermatology preferred but not required for eligible candidates

Other Requirements:

• Jurisdictio in Missouri (or appropriate state licensing)
• Ability to work a 4-day clinic week (standard template), with options to discuss a 5-day schedule
• Must adhere to practice’s documentation and workflow protocols

• Total compensation potential exceeding $1.0 million annually, based on a combination of a competitive base salary plus a percentage of collections.
