Job summary

Western Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a talented Dentist to deliver high-quality dental care in a collaborative, patient-centered practice. You will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of general dentistry procedures, while working with regional specialists as needed to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

You will lead patient education, maintain thorough records, and uphold safety and infection-control standards in a team-focused environment aimed at delivering exceptional smiles.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted state dental license or in process of obtaining license upon graduation.
• CPR/BLS certification and DEA certification required.
• NPI number required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluations to diagnose dental problems.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canals.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Provide prescriptions for patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including X-rays and histories.
• Refer patients to specialists for complex treatments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards.
