West Coast Dental is seeking a general dentist to join a dynamics-driven, patient-centered team in Southern California. The role offers a high-end compensation model with a guaranteed base plus production percentage and a broad patient base across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate clinician with a cheerful chairside demeanor, ready to work full-time or part-time and contribute to a culture built on quality care and patient experience.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree required.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Active malpractice insurance.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to promote trust and the best possible experience.
• Collaborate with the office team to support patient relationships and care.
• Understand PPO, HMO, and other plans to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively address patient concerns and provide guidance on treatment.
