Job summary

Lumio is a dental partnership organization serving Oklahoma and nearby states. We seek a partner dentist (DDS or DMD) to join a collaborative culture with mentorship, a pathway to ownership, and access to clinical leadership.

As a full-time partner, you will diagnose and treat patients, perform comprehensive examinations, discuss treatment options, and coordinate care with hygienists, office staff, and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive full mouth examinations to diagnose and treat patients.
• Build rapport with patients; discuss treatment planning options and provide patient education.
• Treat oral health needs and provide direct care for patients with same-day or scheduled treatments.
• Collaborate with Office Manager, Hygienist, Patient Coordinators, and Dental Assistants to ensure a great patient experience.
