Job summary

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school, with an active Texas license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Clinical competence in general dentistry including diagnosis, restorations, extractions, endodontics, and preventive care.
• Strong patient communication and education skills; ability to explain treatment options clearly.
• Commitment to underserved and rural populations with culturally sensitive, equitable care.
• Proficiency in maintaining electronic dental records, interpreting radiographs, and adhering to infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, extractions, and preventive services for patients of all ages.
• Review patient medical and dental histories, interpret radiographs, and perform clinical procedures per best practices with accurate documentation.
