New graduates welcome; compensation includes daily pay from $850, a potential $200K–$350K+ earnings with bonus structure and benefits, plus mentorship and CE opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid dental license in Michigan.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental care and build lasting patient relationships.
• Perform exams, fillings, crowns, root canals and implants.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
