Job summary

Independence Dental Services in Cincinnati is seeking a General Dentist for a full-time role with an ownership track. You’ll join a well-established practice, provide comprehensive dental care, and have the opportunity to keep molar endo and implant placements in-house.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Advanced proficiency in general dental procedures.
• Experience with dental practice software (Dentrix preferred).
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and interest in long-term practice growth and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive general dentistry including: fillings, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic procedures.
• Diagnose and manage oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct preventive care and patient education.
• Collaborate closely with assistants and hygienists.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records using Dentrix software.
