Job summary

Independence-Dental-Services in El Paso, TX is seeking a general dentist to deliver comprehensive dentistry in a high-volume, mission-driven practice serving a diverse border community. You will provide preventative, restorative, cosmetic, implant and emergency care while building long-term patient relationships.

Required: DDS or DMD from a U.S. dental school and commitment to quality patient care; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive general dentistry (preventive, restorative, cosmetic, implant, emergency).
• Conduct clinical exams, diagnose oral diseases, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, whitening, and implants.
• Communicate effectively with patients in English and Spanish to build trust.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA/ADA standards.
• Collaborate with team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
