Compensation & Growth

$250K+ realistic earning potentialAverage production around $5K/day27% of adjusted collectionsPractice covers lab fees, with limited exceptions for re-dos or non-revenue-generating casesDaily guarantee around $750/day for up to 6 months, depending on experience and fitFlexibility up to $850/day for 3 months for the right candidateGuarantee is negotiable for a strong fitTraining and mentorship can be tailored to the providerOpportunity to improve efficiency while maintaining quality
