Bismarck Smiles is a modern, thriving dental practice located in the heart of Bismarck, ND. With a strong and growing patient base, we’re expanding and looking to bring on a full-time General Dentist who is upbeat, eager to grow, and excited to join a collaborative, supportive team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year (based on experience/production)

• CE Stipend: $2,000 per year for approved continuing education

• Insurance: Medical, dental, life, and malpractice coverage provided

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Flexible
