Through our partnership with QTC and the Defense Health Agency (DHA), DOCS Health refers 100,000+ Service Members annually to local dental practices, with patients pre-identified based on their dental needs, including exams, restorative, endodontics, and oral surgery.

Qualifications

• Active state dental license to practice in your state.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier) on file.
• CPR certification is required.
