SmileBuilders, Inc. in Hattiesburg, MS, is seeking a General Dentist to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation model with a day rate plus commission based on production, and opportunities across our Mississippi locations.

You will perform comprehensive examinations, provide preventive and restorative care, and collaborate with hygienists and staff in a modern, patient-focused environment. Mississippi license in good standing is required, with DDS/DMD degree.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Mississippi dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality patient care.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive and restorative care, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions as per scope.
• Explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care so patients can make informed decisions.
• Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to deliver efficient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
