Compensation includes a base salary of 120,000–150,000 plus a percentage of net production, with typical doctor earnings around 240,000 and potential for higher, including relocation/signing support.

Responsibilities

• Complete approximately 14–16 hygiene exams daily while providing restorative and advanced treatment.
• Work with a trained team and dedicated assisting support.
• Diagnose, communicate, lead, and delegate to teammates.
• No weekend schedules; full-time doctors work 30–35 hours per week over 4–5 days.
• Participate in on-call rotation for established patients.
