Qualifications

• Graduates or early-career dentists must have DDS/DMD from accredited school.
• Active or eligible Texas dental license required.
• Commitment to patient care and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry and family dental care.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and front office team.
• Practice with clinical autonomy while receiving mentorship and support.
• Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
• Continue developing clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided CE.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.
