Qualifications

• D.M.D. or D.D.S. and Wisconsin licensure or eligibility to be licensed in Wisconsin.
• Strong chairside manners and a commitment to quality patient care.
• Value continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality dental care to assigned patients using best practices within provider scope and training.
• Examines and evaluates patients, offering treatment options clearly understood by the patient
• Properly assess a patient's periodontium and, when required, offer homecare/treatment options or referrals
• Prescribe and provide preventative care to improve oral health or prevent problems
• Restore and/or replace teeth as required
• Provide endodontic therapy
• Extract/remove teeth
• Refer patients to specialists when beyond provider scope
