There is a straightforward credentialing process with dedicated support, and participating is flexible with no mandatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active State License required.
• NPI required.
• CPR certification required.
• Malpractice Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members in your office.
• Partner with DOCS Health and QTC/Leidos to receive eligible patient referrals.
• No insurance billing—DOCS Health pays providers directly.
• Complete credentialing with dedicated support and timely assistance.
