Job summary

Franklinville Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in Franklinville, NJ, is seeking an Experienced General Dentist skilled in implants, cosmetic dentistry, and clear aligner therapy. The ideal candidate will oversee comprehensive general dentistry for an established patient base with a supportive team.

We offer a full-time schedule with weekday options, competitive compensation with production-based earnings, and opportunities for leadership and partnership. NJ license required or in process.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active New Jersey Dental License (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Confident placing dental implants.
• Experience with clear aligner therapy.
• Strong cosmetic dentistry skills and treatment planning ability.
• Comfortable performing comprehensive general dentistry procedures.
• Outgoing, patient-focused communicator.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with implants and cosmetic treatments.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Friday.
• Manage PPO and fee-for-service patient mix.
• Maintain clinical autonomy with leadership support.
• Path to partnership opportunities with growth potential.
