About the Role

We’re looking for a General Dentist/Implantologist to join our Bay Shore, NY practice. This isn’t your ordinary general dentist position. Here, you’ll spend your days performing advanced implant procedures like full-arch fixed rehabilitations (All-on-4 and similar techniques), implant overdentures, and complex restorative work. Our structure helps maximize your time doing what you do best — providing transformative patient care — by reducing administrative tasks and supporting you every step of the way.

Your Responsibilities

• - Perform full-arch fixed implant rehabilitations and implant overdentures

Compensation

First 6 months: $200,000 annualized base or 25% of adjusted production and 25% lab fees with the ability

to earn over $700,000 annually.

After 6 months: 25% of adjusted production with 25% lab fees

Our doctors average over $575,000 annually

Ability to commute/relocate: Bay Shore, NY - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting
